You can normally get up to 5-10 uses per pack but it really depends on how much you use each time, as some times you may use just a little if you a doing small areas such as elbows and heels or if you are doing arms, back or chest and neck you may use more. 

Like any product you would buy for your skin  It is best to test first, if irritation occurs stop using and see your doctor if symptoms persist.

 We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding delivery costs. The following information will be required when returning your goods:

1. Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number
2. Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number
3. List and description of goods to be returned
4. Reason given for returning goods
5. If returning goods by post please also include completed returns form.

Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods

When returning the goods by post please note:

• It may take up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us
• Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
• Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
• You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance

Your order will be hand picked and wrapped with care and attention before sending with Australia Post.  We take pride in our prompt service and will have your order processed within 24 hours of receiving it.
